I bought this at Carmello's - convenience store at gas station. I just love this can, the picture of the kitten, the name of the food. Haven't tasted it yet. Just kidding. I HAVE. kidding again, not going to taste it. Bye!

No " Flavor Crystals" or liquid center...but tastes okay. The pepsin in Beemans has since been removed LONG ago, so it's just a gum...no healing qualities....sorry...

My favorite hot dogs are from La Perrada de Chalo (83-12 Northern Blvd) in Jackson Heights, Queens. I was visiting NY this month so I finally got to go again & I took some pictures.
the Hot Dogs:
on the left: Perro Criollo (cole slaw, pineapple, sauces, cheese & crushed chips) on right is Perro Mixto (bacon, apineapple, sauces, crushed chips). I am sure there was a hot dog in there.
and we went next door to El Palacio de Cholados(83-18 Northern Blvd) and picked up these two cholados.
This was my first time trying a cholado- it was great. It's a Columbian drink and it consists of a bunch of fruits- banana, strawberry, melon, shaved ice and a fruit syrup on the bottom (which my mother says was passion fruit), with sweetened condensed milk poured on top. You get both a spoon and a straw when you get one. It was great.

Uh, creo que esto no lo había dicho aquí todavía. Mañana (martes 21) es cuando salgo en la tele, en Españoles en el mundo, en la Primera de TVE, a las 22:00 h.

After days of pulling wire our house contracting shifted to two afternoon shifts of putting a nano wood protector on our exotic hardwood that Jonathan found as an end run leftover of a large Austin home. Looking good!
